Sheridan County School District #2 will be on Spring Break from Monday, March 27th, through Friday, March 31st. School will resume on Monday, April 3rd. Have a great break!
Sagebrush Elementary School will be recognizing Music in Our Schools Month and Dr. Seuss' birthday this coming week. In the spirit of celebration, they will be having dress up days relating to different books by Dr. Seuss.
Sheridan County School District #2 (SCSD2) is proud to announce the release of the 2017 Next Level Community Report Card. Next Level is a unique collaboration between SCSD2 schools and the greater Sheridan community to ensure that all student succeed, earn high school diplomas, and thrive beyond high school.
In collaboration with the WYO Theater, SCSD2 is happy to offer students in grades 2 through 12 a free theater workshop series during the months of February and March. If you believe your child would be interested in one or more of these workshops, please see the attached flyer.
Mrs. Moore and Mr. Hoeft work very hard to continue bringing the Sagebrush Dance Unit to the students. Mrs. Moore gives us a look into the mission behind the dancing.
Parenting with Love and Logic classes offered through Compass are now open for registration. Classes begin on February 13th from 6:00-7:30pm and run for 6 weeks. Applications are available at Sagebrush and should be turned in as soon as possible so that Compass can have an accurate count for child care and food.

The Sagebrush PTO has invited local author Eugene Gagliano to come visit Sagebrush. Mr. Gagliano is a retired elementary school teacher, children's author, and poet. He has an extensive background in education and has received several awards for his achievements in writing. Order forms for his books were sent home and are due back Wednesday, October 5th.
