The Kindergartners at Henry A. Coffeen took their first field trip of the year to Koltiska's Pumpkin Patch. The morning started out rainy, but quickly turned into a beautiful day. Once there, the kids were loaded on wagons as they headed out to the field. Each student got to explore the field and hand pick their own pumpkin from the patch. They met some farm animals. Specifically, they got to pet goats, turkeys, rabbits, and chickens. To wrap up the morning, students were treated to a cookie and hot chocolate before loading the bus for the return trip to school.
